 The theme is not available
 The most common fix is to perform a hard reboot. To do this, remove and re-insert your BlackBerry's battery. Once rebooted, the theme should be available in the BlackBerry's theme list. If it still isn't available in the list: Please make sure you have OS v4.5 or higher installed. Any animated theme requires OS v4.5 or higher.  How do I activate my theme?
 To activate a theme: For OS 6: From your BlackBerry's main screen, go to "Options". Select "Display". Select "Screen Display". Scroll to the bottom to the section called "Theme". Select the theme to activate. Click the "Activate" button. You must perform a hard reboot. To do this, remove and re-insert your BlackBerry's battery.  Where are the hidden docks on the Torch (9800)?
 The themes for the Torch do not include any docks/toolbars because it uses the BlackBerry OS 6 style instead which is far more superior. Our bottom dock is now replaced by the Tray which can show a row of icons at the bottom of the HomeScreen as well. The left dock which showed the Today Icons allowing you to view phone calls, etc.. is replaced by a toolbar at the top which gives you the same features and more.
