 How do I delete the software?
 To delete an application: On your BlackBerry, go to the software's icon and select it (make sure not to open the software and to just highlight it). Open the menu and select "Delete". If the "Delete" menu item is not available, please do the following instead: On your BlackBerry, go to "Options". Select "Applications" (select "Advanced Options" first if this is missing).  Where can I find the software version number?
 To find the version number for an application: Option 1: For OS 6.0: On the BlackBerry's Home screen, tap "All", then open "Options". Select "Device" > "Application Management".  You receive the following error message when installing the program: "The following modules could not be loaded because their digital signatures were invalid."
 This is caused when attempting to install a third party application on a BlackBerry handheld that contains an IT Policy restricting the installation of third party applications. To resolve this you must contact your BlackBerry Enterprise Server administrator to modify the IT Policy, removing the restriction from installing third party applications.
 Where can I find my BlackBerry's OS version?
 On your BlackBerry, go to "Options" and select "About". The OS version is located here. It has the word "Platform" to the right of it.
 Where can I find my BlackBerry's Pin number?
 On your BlackBerry, go to "Options" and select "Status". The Pin number is displayed here. Please Note: Some characters look very similar on the Blackberry's screen. For example, 8's and B's. Also, D's, 0's (zeros) and O's (capital letter O). The PIN should be made up of only the numbers 0-9 and the letters A-F.
 When you try loading any software using the BlackBerry Desktop Manager, you receive the following error: "No additional applications designed for your handheld were found".
 This occurs if you have the Desktop Manager software installed but are missing the Handheld Software (ie: your BlackBerry's operating system). Both need to be installed before any software can be added to your BlackBerry. You can find the Handheld software on your carrier's website.
 How do I restore my data?
 Here is how you can Restore your data: For BlackBerry Desktop Software 6.0: Load the Blackberry Desktop Manager. Click "Device". Select "Restore". Select a backup file. Choose Select device data and settings. Select the software you wish to restore and click "Restore". A warning will appear that all data will be replaced with a backup file. Click "Yes".  Direct connection always asks permission to connect
 If the "Firewall" is turned off, a prompt will appear each time, asking to accept the connection. You can fix this by turning on your Firewall. From your BlackBerry's home screen, go to "Options", "Security Options", "Firewall". Change the "Status" to "Enabled".
 Error 907 invalid COD during installation
 This error message often occurs when using the WAP browser to install an application. Please go back to the main screen and try to run the BlackBerry Browser instead.  Can I install the software on a memory card (SD Card)?
 The software cannot be installed onto the memory card. This applies to any software because the BlackBerry has been designed this way.
 I receive this error: "This message is used to carry data between the BlackBerry handheld and an associated server."
 This is an issue with your BlackBerry settings.  A backup of our software's data can be automatically created using the BlackBerry Desktop Manager. Select "Backup and Restore". Under "Backup", select "Options". Edit the "Automatic backup settings" area to meet your criteria.
